Engineering company in Dubai is hiring a female Personal Assistant to the company General Manager.
Key responsibilities and functions :
• Manage day to day operational activities.
• Type documents including letters, تقارير, memos and lists.
• جلس-up and maintain a filling system.
• الاجابه علي الهواتف, take and forward messages.
• ترتيب السفر, فندق, rental car reservations and prepare itinerary
• Insure routine work items are received and follow-up late items.
• الحفاظ على/order sufficient stock of office supplies and other materials required for departmental activities.
• Coordinate with other departments.

المرشح المطلوب
The successful candidate should have :
